PC Series Hammer Crusher

PC Series Hammer Crusher can be used to break the brittle material whose compression strength is less than 150Mpa such as the secondary and fine crushing of limesone,coke and coal etc.but also be used in processing medium hardness material in metallurgy, chemistry industry, e.g. carbon, limestone, and artificial aggregate.

PC Hammer breaker crushes the materials in the way of high speed rotation hammer colliding materials. The main part is the rotor with hammer. Motor brings rotor to rotate at high speed in breaking cavity to impact the materials that enter the breaker from top feeding port, then materials are broken to powdery by high speed operation. There is screen plate on the bottom of rotor, the qualified particle size in crushed materials are discharged trough screen plate. The unfinished granularities that are larger than screen hole are continuously impacted by hammer and discharged through screen plate. The adjustment of discharging particle size is realized by changing the screen plates with different specifications. The clearance between rotor and screen plate can be adjusted by adjustment device according to requirement.

1. This equipment can control the Max. Value of the discharging particle size with screen plate.
2. When liquid water content is larger than 8%, it is easy to block screen hole to influence the capacity.

Applicable scope

Applicable for processing all coarse, intermediate and fine crushed materials (granite, limestone and concrete) with side length not exceeding 500mm and pressure strength cannot exceed 350MPa. It is widely used in the industries such as hydroelectric power, highway, manufacturing sand and materials breaking.

Principle structure of ring hammer crusher

PCH ring hammer crusher is the impact breaker with ring hammer. After entering breaking cavity, materials firstly are impacted by ring hammer that is rotated and installed in at high speed and pressed on breaking plate and get kinetic energy from booth ring hammer. When materials reach required particle size after cutting, pressing, chaser milling and rubbing, they drop from the holes on screen plate. The steel plate and sundries that can not be broken are selected in metal collector for clean regularly. This series is suitable to break all brittleness materials, such as coal, coal dirt, coke, slag, shale and loosen limestone. The pressure strength of materials shall not exceed 100Mpa and liquid water content shall not exceed 8%.

PCHP ring hammer crusher (bypass) is also called bypass coal breaker. It is the integration of bypass device of ring hammer and transit system. In normal operation, materials are broken by breaker and drop to lower hopper. When breaker stops due to malfunction, materials drop to lower hopper through bypass device. In order to ensure normal operation, movable screen machine can be installed on the top of breaker. In normal operation, the screening small piece materials can drop into the lower hopper directly by bypass device and enter into the breaker to increase the efficiency and service life of breaker. When breaker stops for malfunction, move screen machine and materials drop lower hopper through bypass. This series has close structure and small floor space. It is especially suitable to the break the coal used in power station.

PCHZ ring hammer crusher (heavy) is the new product of our company in recent year with the characters of large breaking ratio, large charging particle size, low blast capacity and hydraulic pressure start. Particular structure design can form micro subpressure at feeding port and form micro pressure at discharging port. It belongs to environmental protection mode and is suitable to break the original coal (including dirt) in large power station.
